Can not find the tag library descriptor for "http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core"

1. The container Maven Dependencies references non existing library 'C:\Users\<userName>\.m2\repository\<package path>.jar'

=> Project Context Menu > Maven > Update Dependencies

 

2. Can not find the tag library descriptor for "http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core"

=> Project Context Menu > Properties > Targeted Runtimes

    Check Apache Tomcat v7.0
